THINKING OF JOINING ONE OF THESE GROUPS? then you must seriously consider this! YOU STILL PAY - IF YOU'RE ILL YOU STILL PAY - ON BANK HOLIDAYS YOU STILL PAY - IF YOU'RE INJURED YOU STILL PAY - WHEN YOU ARE AWAY ON HOLIDAY YOU STILL PAY - IF YOU STOP TRAINING FOR A WHILE YOU STILL PAY - IF THE CLUB IS CLOSED E.G. MAINTENANCE YOU STILL PAY - WHEN YOU STOP FOR THE CHRISTMAS PERIOD For these very reasons we think it's unfair to expect parents of children or adults who join these groups to be locked into these money making schemes We often hear horror stories of people who have a hard time trying to extract themselves away from these direct debit groups. It is a known fact that you will lose money over a period of time, and if you leave at the start of the month you may lose 1 to 3 months money. Great for the instructor who gets your hard earned money for doing absolutely nothing
ALL SAMA CLASSES ARE PAY-AS-YOU-GO NO-Direct debit schemes NO-Contracts NO-Consultations
NO NEED TO BOOK, JUST COME ALONG
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR? SOMETHING LOOSE AND COMFORTABLE IE: TEE-SHIRT, TRACK BOTTOMS, ETC
WORRIED BECAUSE YOU THINK YOU ARE; UNFIT - TO OLD - OVERWEIGHT - UNCORDINATED NOT FLEXIBLE ENOUGH SAMA classes are friendly and informative, our instructors take all individual skills, fitness, age and abilities into consideration. The SAMA system for karate & kick boxing is professionally run. Developed from 40 years of teaching experience. Our classes are run on a progressive grade structure, where students start at the very beginning. However students must be aware that each belt level is progressively harder and therefore must be able to cope with this.

Compare SAMA with any other competition, and you'll see why SAMA is regarded as the best choice Many clubs expect student's to travel long distances to competitions, and spend a fortune in doing so WE DON'T! SAMA competitions are held in many of the local area's that we teach in Many students waste a lot of time, effort and money traveling long distances to competitions, and to be truthful it usually result's in many of them winning absolutely nothing.
Many clubs only pick selected children to represent them WE DON'T! We say, all SAMA KARATE KIDS are winners We believe that every child should have the same opportunity as others to compete
However we do not stop our members entering outside competitions. See archives of our students who have won trophies past and present in competitions, plus archives past and present of our charity work click here to read about our charity work and past competitions
