Kick boxing is known as an excellent form of stress relief
The variety of movements used in kick boxing can sharpen reflexes and improve coordination and balance. In addition, this type of exercise can burn an average of 500-800 calories an hour as opposed to the 300-400 calories typically burned by the average step aerobics class.

SAMA Kick boxing is different from many fitness or martial art programs out there.
It's like nothing you've ever experienced. This is not Tae bo; it's real championship kick boxing. You will wrap your hands, skip rope, stretch out, do footwork, shadow box, kick shields and hit focus pads just like a professional kick boxing champion.
